Just read the Wall Street Journal and saw the article concerning Polaroid shutting down production of its instant films. As a user of Polaroid Type 55 P/N 4x5 sheet films I am sadden by the loss. I have enjoyed the positive negative sheet duo for years and am thinking of stock piling sheets to have for future use. It will be interesting to see if any companies such as FujiFilm will license the technology and continue the P/N line. Then again I guess I need to invest in a 4x5 digital back for my camera.
